By downloading, installing, or using the Quit Fap Pal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Quit Fap Pal is a mobile application designed to support users in their personal recovery journey from compulsive behaviors. The App provides:

• Streak tracking and progress monitoring
• Daily check-in functionality
• Coping tools (breathing exercises, urge timer, journaling)
• Educational content
• AI-powered coaching assistance
• Achievement and milestone tracking

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use this App only with parental or guardian supervision.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal recovery support
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• Not share content from your App that could harm others

AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach feature uses artificial intelligence to provide supportive responses. Please understand that:

• The AI is not a real person or licensed professional

• The AI cannot provide emergency assistance
• You should not rely solely on AI advice for important decisions

User Content

Any content you create in the App (journal entries, check-ins, etc.) remains your property. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except when using the AI Coach feature, where messages are processed to generate responses.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Quit Fap Pal and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

Free Service

Quit Fap Pal is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce premium features in the future
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change these terms with reasonable notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.

Disclaimer of Warranties
